5 Cancer Fighting Superfoods to Eat

Dr. Oz had an interesting list of superfoods to eat for preventing cancer. Read the following article for the explanation of each one http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/5-superfoods-eat-now.

2. Turmeric Tea
3. Mangosteen
4. Mustard Greens
5. Barramundi Fish

He has another list on his website at http://www.doctoroz.com/blog/susan-evans-md/cancer-and-superfoods, which has some parallels to the suggestions in "Anti cancer—A New Way of Life" By David Servan-Schreiber, MD, PhD.

Berries and red grapes
Green Tea
Flaxseed
Garlic, Onions, Leeks
Broccoli, Broccoli Sprouts, Cruciferous vegetables
Tomatoes
Resveratrol found in red wine
Tumeric

Green Smoothies

Many of us have been inspired by Aubrey to start drinking green smoothies (part fruit, party green leafy vegetables). I thought we should have a space to share our new combinations.
If you have not tried one yet, I highly recommend it. You can see even my 3 year old Anya likes them now.
