What I'm Cooking This Week

Molly had a great idea for all of us to share the recipes, snacks, smoothies, etc that we are trying on a weekly basis.

So, what on your menu this week?

  1. For dinner tonight, I'm making salmon with marinade of shoyu, agave nectar and olive oil, brown rice (I fried onion, garlic and green bell peppers along with the rice before putting it in the pot)and sauteed broccoli in sesame oil with Asian style sesame seeds.
